Yes. Contact us and we will help you exchange the size or product, as long as the item is in stock.

How do I make a change?

Please return the product in its original condition and with all labels still attached. Once we have received your exchange, we will send out the new item.

Does a replacement cost anything?

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. The item must be unused, in its original condition and with all tags attached. Please contact us before returning anything and we will provide you with instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds will be made 3–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

How do I know which size to choose?

Our products follow European standards. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Are your garments true to size?

Most of our products are true to size. If any garment is larger or smaller than normal, it will be stated in the product description.

How do I best care for my Asiilo clothes?

To ensure that your garments retain their color, fit and quality for a long time, please follow the care instructions below.

Machine wash

  • Wash the garment with similar colors.
  • Use a gentle wash cycle and a maximum of 30–40 °C, unless otherwise stated.
  • Avoid fabric softener — it can shorten the life of the garment.
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing, especially dark/printed garments, to reduce abrasion and color bleeding.

Hand wash / Gentle wash

  • For delicate garments (e.g. thin fabrics, printed materials, or garments with details), hand washing or gentle machine washing is recommended.
  • Use a mild detergent and cool to lukewarm water.
  • Do not wring the garment — squeeze or gently squeeze out the water.

Drying

  • Avoid tumble dryers — preferably air dry the garment hanging or lying down, depending on the material.
  • Some materials (e.g. viscose, wool, other delicate fibers) may shrink or deform at high heat — follow the garment label.

Ironing & Maintenance

  • Iron on low to medium temperature if the garment can handle it.
  • Check the washing symbols — the wrong temperature or method can damage the garment.
  • For delicate materials: use a steam program or let the garment air dry to avoid harsh treatment.

Tips for extending the life of your garment

  • Don't wash more often than necessary — many garments can last a few uses without every wash.
  • Use the right type of detergent depending on the garment (colored, white, delicate, etc.).
  • For garments with prints or decorations: turn them inside out before washing.
